In a recent update, Samsung has introduced a new feature to its Try Galaxy web app that allows iPhone users to simulate the experience of owning a foldable smartphone. If you’re curious about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 or the Galaxy Z Flip5, this article is for you.

Simulate Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 Experience On Your iPhone

In an official press release, Samsung Electronics announced that non-Android users can now experience what it’s like to own a Samsung foldable smartphone without having to make a purchase. This is made possible through a recent update to the “Try Galaxy” web app.

The Try Galaxy web app replicates the user interface and elements of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and the Galaxy Z Flip5 smartphones, as well as Samsung’s OneUI 5.1.1. It offers guided tutorials and simulations to help you make the most of the experience. And now, there’s a new feature that allows you to connect two iPhones to replicate the folding experience of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5.

To begin, visit the Try Galaxy web app on two different iPhones. One of the iPhones will generate a QR code, which the other iPhone can scan to create a seamless sync between the two devices. This simulates the 7.6-inch foldable display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 between the two connected iPhones.

You can also use a single iPhone to simulate the Galaxy Z Flip5 device. The Try Galaxy web app allows you to experience multitasking on Samsung’s foldable smartphones, play Air Hockey, and much more.

It’s important to note that the web app offers limited functionality and only allows access to a limited number of features. These features are available through video walkthroughs controlled by Samsung. However, it does provide a taste of what it’s like to own a foldable smartphone in 2023.

The Try Galaxy web app is available globally for iPhone users. You can visit the Try Galaxy website and add the app to your home screen. It supports 20 languages, including Korean, Czech, Hungarian, Latin American Spanish, and Russian.

Now, you can get a firsthand taste of Samsung’s fifth-generation foldable smartphones and OneUI 5.1.1 on your iPhone. Don’t forget to share your experience in the comment section below.
