Nothing’s Exclusive Service Center Arrives in India
Nothing, the tech company led by Carl Pei, is all set to launch the Phone (2) tomorrow. As a step towards providing better support to its customers, the company has announced the opening of its first exclusive customer service center in Bengaluru, India. This move aims to enhance the overall customer experience and establish trust among the Indian consumer base.
Nothing’s Service Center
The exclusive service center, which is scheduled to open in August, will offer a range of after-sale services and support to existing and prospective buyers. Nothing is also planning to increase its customer service support team by 50% to ensure prompt and efficient service.

The service center will not only provide assistance with repairs but will also conduct service camps for users. Customers will have access to a variety of accessories, care packs for accidental or liquid damage, warranty upgrade packs, and more.
Manu Sharma, the GM and VP of Nothing India, expressed his excitement about the service center’s opening. He stated, “At Nothing, we are committed to providing an elevated product experience to our customers in India. The opening of our exclusive service center will enhance trust and establish credibility among our esteemed customers.”
As part of its expansion plans, Nothing aims to increase the number of service centers from 230 to 300 by the end of this month. Furthermore, the company is planning to open five more exclusive service centers in different cities by 2023, with the goal of adding 20 more centers by 2024. This strategy aligns with Nothing’s vision to establish a strong presence in the Indian market, similar to Apple’s recent initiatives in the country.
In addition to the service center announcement, Nothing has also revealed that it will be hosting a special pop-up event in India, providing more opportunities for customers to experience and purchase the Phone (2) offline. The upcoming smartphone, featuring the iconic transparent aesthetics, a high-end Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, and various improvements, is set to launch tomorrow at 8:30 pm. Stay tuned for further updates!
